Article 302

Establishment and operation of government services at the provincial and local levels

: (1) The Government of Nepal will make necessary arrangements to provide necessary services at the provincial and local levels.
(2) The Government of Nepal may adjust the provision of service to the national service employees working in the government service at the federal, provincial and local levels in accordance with the law during the commencement of this constitution.
